Tina McGill is not your typical CPA; she brings a wealth of experience with a focus on acquisition strategies, particularly in the dynamic healthcare industry. Holding a Master’s in Accounting, Tina spent a decade as an Assistant CFO in private industry, simultaneously teaching accounting and finance courses. Transitioning to public practice, she identified gaps in services for small businesses, leading her to establish the CFO Services Division within her firm.
In 2020, Tina founded MMAS CPA, P.C., driven by a clear vision to revolutionize public practice with a personalized approach to business financial management. This approach emphasizes relationship-building, targeted training, and strategic partnerships. Since MMAS CPA’s inception, Tina and her team have overseen over $18M in acquisition sales and facilitated over $10M in credits for small businesses.
Beyond her firm, Tina is a respected member of ADP’s CPA Advisory Board and serves as the President of the UT Southern Alumni Foundation Board, demonstrating a commitment to education and community leadership.
